Sweet little Emily and her parents came over this morning for her newborn session. Little did we know, Emily had different ideas ;) Patience won eventually, and we got some of the most adorable shots of her snoozing. I secretly like it when my newborn clients don’t want to sleep…because that means more time for me to cuddle them! :)

Karie and Ryan, enjoy your sneak peek! It was so great to meet you guys this morning!

The charm in this one was her mama’s “push” present from her daddy. Cute, isn’t it?!

I was so excited I was able to fit Miss Isabella in this weekend at just five days old! She was a dream to photograph – she didn’t make a peep the entire session and I don’t think I saw her eyes once. Days 5-7 really are my favorite days for photographing newborns – they sleep so much more soundly when they’re so little! She arrived a little bit early and was just too cute! Her mommy and daddy are absolutely in love with her…I think she’s already got her daddy wrapped around her little finger :)

Susanne and Ryan, thank you so much for letting me photograph your beautiful daughter. Enjoy your sneak peek!

I was beyond excited when Audrey’s mama emailed me to book another mini session for the fall. I photographed her last year and we’ve kept in touch since through play dates and get togethers since she’s just a couple months younger than Will. I am in love with her pigtails, her dimples, and her big, gorgeous eyes!

M family, thanks so much for letting me take your family photos again this fall! Enjoy your little sneak peek!

Jason and Sarah got married on October 1st at Angel Springs Event Center. It was such a gorgeous fall day – the weather was absolutely perfect! I have been looking forward to their wedding for a long time and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Jason and Sarah are so in love and it totally shows in the way they interact with each other. I was so happy to be included in their celebration!

Jason and Sarah, enjoy your sneak peek! I hope you guys had a great time on your honeymoon in Maui!

Jason and Sarah chose to do a first look before the ceremony…I love these! They make the rest of the day so relaxed AND you can get all the formal pictures out of the way beforehand!

The light right when the ceremony started was amazing!

We had to recreate one of their engagement shots

Fall is definitely here! I had my second round of mini-sessions this morning, second shot a wedding for Allen Doberenz afterward, and have a newborn session scheduled for tomorrow…BUSY! Lots of sneak peeks coming in the next few days, but I just had to come share this one from today. Isn’t he the most adorable thing ever?! LOVE it!

Finally, Salicca and Joey’s reception pictures! You can see more images from their wedding here and here. Like I’ve said in the previous posts, their wedding was so beautiful and fun from start to finish! They definitely had some great dancers in their group and they all got to show off their skills at the reception. Fun!

Salicca and Joey, enjoy the last part of your sneak peek! You’ll have your disc of images soon :)

I met up with sweet Madelynn and her family this morning in Round Rock for her one year baby portraits. Oh my goodness, does she have the most beautiful, big blue eyes ever! And she was totally full of smiles, especially for her big brother, who she totally adored. The weather here in Austin is finally starting to cool off and this morning was just perfect! The light was gorgeous – definitely a great morning to be a photographer, especially when you’ve got a cute little girl to photograph!

M family, enjoy your sneak peek! Madelynn is such a sweet little girl – thank you for letting me photograph her this morning!

I had the pleasure of driving to Huntsville to attend Richard and Renee’s wedding. The wedding was to take place at Renee’s parents beautiful home in Huntsville. The weather was absolutely gorgeous when I got there, but soon after it started to pour. Renee and Richard took it all in stride, even when their outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors to the living room. The whole thing was so beautiful that it didn’t matter where it was performed – tons of love and support from family and friends! Luckily the rain gave us a break later in the evening and we were able to go outside and get some awesome portraits outdoors.

Richard and Renee, congratulations…thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!

I love the looks on their faces here!
