Little Jerry was one of my easiest newborns yet…he slept so peacefully the whole time I was there and was so, so sweet. I loved all his dark hair and the great eye contact he gave me towards the end of his session. Such a sweetheart!! He made his grand entrance just after Thanksgiving, in time to celebrate his first Christmas (and get spoiled to death with presents from his loving parents and grandparents, I’m sure!) Lindsay and Caleb, thank you so much for letting me photograph your little blessing – he is wonderful!

Austin Newborn Photographer | Jerry – 11 Days
December 19, 2011Austin Senior Portraits | Riley
December 4, 2011Last Sunday, I met up with Riley at the Long Center to take his senior pictures…I learned two things that day: a) I really need to invest in some gloves to keep my fingers from freezing! and b) seniors are so much fun to photograph! I’ve known Riley’s family for a long time and they were some of my very first clients when I was first starting out in photography. He’s done some really cool stuff since I last photographed them, including spending two summers with the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corp in the front ensemble…isn’t that a fun accomplishment?! I spent my high school days hanging out in the same band hall he lives in now, so it was neat to chat with him about that. Plus, photographing a subject that takes direction? Very refreshing! Thanks Riley…hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!
Austin Newborn Photographer | Evangeline – 9 Days
December 3, 2011I had the pleasure to meet precious nine-day-old Evangeline last week. She was adorable as can be and had the squishiest cheeks – I loved it! She was very much a fan of sleeping, but was not a fan of me disturbing her sleep when I tried to pose her!
Thank you guys so much for letting me work with your sweet girl. Enjoy your sneak peek!
Austin Newborn Photographer | Max – 10 Days
December 3, 2011I loved photographing sweet Max last Saturday morning. It was chilly and rainy outside, but we stayed nice and cozy inside with the heater going! I’ve been eagerly awaiting meeting him, ever since I did Jennifer and Duane’s maternity session. I have to admit that I stalked my phone waiting to hear if their surprise baby was a boy or a girl! He was so tiny and curled up nicely for me to take his pictures. I adore all the images we captured of him peacefully dreaming. Enjoy your sneak peek, Jennifer and Duane!
