I posted Beth and Josiah’s ceremony sneak peek here a few weeks back and just had to come share some from their reception. They had their reception at The House of Dereon Media Center in Houston and it was so cool…basically a private club just for them and their guests! There were signed record labels on the walls and a really neat lounge upstairs that overlooked the dance floor. The whole reception was so fun!

Wow, so it’s been awhile since I posted, huh? I promise I have a good excuse…I was out of town, at a family reunion. And trying to focus entirely on my family and not think about one business related matter. I totally failed at that, by the way But I had an absolute blast with my family. More about that to come with pictures later in the week!
First I have to come back and share more from Beth and Josiah’s wedding. I shared this shot here, which is still pretty much my favorite shot ever. But I got so many more great pictures from their two-day bash. Here’s part one…reception party pictures to come later!

Howdy from Houston! I just finished uploading and backing up pictures from Beth and Josiah’s wedding ceremony this evening and I had to take a quick peek at them. Saw this one from right after the ceremony and fell in love. I just had to proof it real quick and share it! More to come later this weekend from the ceremony this evening and the reception tomorrow!
Congratulations, Beth and Josiah! It was such an honor spending the day with you guys. Can’t wait for the party tomorrow

Andrew and Christine got married this past Friday at Kindred Oaks. The wedding was beautiful and the weather was gorgeous. Not too hot yet, which was so nice! Ame Soeur Events coordinated the wedding and everything was just perfect! I loved all the little touches and details left around. They even had personalized candy bars…so cool (and yummy!) Yeah, I know it’s not 2009 anymore. Better late than never, right? I had a seriously hard time narrowing it down to ten. So I didn’t! These are my 21 favorites from my client sessions in 2009. And believe me, it was HARD to choose! I had such wonderful, amazing, awesome clients last year. Thank you all for trusting me, for doing every strange, silly thing I asked you to all in the name of photography. I hope you love your images as much as I do and had a fabulous 2009. Alisa and Brent’s wedding at Bella Notte in Round Rock was gorgeous! Alisa was absolutely glowing and they were so in love and so fun to photograph! The rain held off and we were even able to sneak outside for a few minutes to take some pictures after the ceremony. Congratulations you two! Enjoy your sneak peek (and Hawaii)!
